Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Sean was punctual, helpful, worked hard and did an excellent job, would recommend and will use again.
Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
