Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.
Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I have done private work in the past and always ensured works were completed on time,at a reasonable rate and took pride in my work. I am a registered company and can be found on company house. My carpentry skills include boat work, decks, commercial shopfitting, residential refurbishments and custom jobs. My plumbing skills extend from first fix through to full bathroom/kitchen remodels as well as CCTV drain inspections and repair. I can also turn my hand to flooring including tiling, laminates, etc., and I'm happy to quote on general handyman work, garden projects and fencing.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice.
