Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Listened. Did the job that was asked of them. Called when they were running late to let me know they were still coming. Job was finished on time. Haven't dropped a star for being a couple of hours late as traffic etc. can easily do that and the job was still finished on time. Neighbour asked for same work to her garden after seeing mine. Another neighbour asked for tree work following my work.

Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.
