The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. Quoted on the leak on my chimney. Agreed to the work came and completed few weeks later still have the same leak contacted Leighton who eventually came back out and told use it’s now a different issue. Eventually agreed to repair original fault. Another few weeks and still have the leak got another roofer to inspect and been told quality of work is poor and now require a new roof Leighton doesn’t respond to called and texts and not helpful when requesting a refund for the work his carried out.

Roy was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the construction of my property and the work that needed to be done. He also completed the job quickly and to a good standard. Would happily reccommend to others and use again.
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Took a chance on using a company with no rating and now paying the price! Gutter repair work carried out and less then 24 hours later the same damage and same faults reappeared. Invoice came with a '7 year guarantee’ contacted them to return and repair their own repair work and although an appointment was made they never turned up and are now not responding to calls, texts or messages
