very poor work. damaged the felt that was already installed, and roof is still leaking. very poor communication.
Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Very quick response and started work the next day. Reliable and hard working. Seem to have done a good job on the roof which was leaking - only time will tell. within 5 minutes of my advert going live L&P roofers & builders telephoned to say that they can come round within the hour & fix the leaks today. Quoted £550, job completed in half an hour. Next day the heavens opened & found the roof still leaking & pouring in from the top of the windows. Contacted L&P same day but no one was picking up!! Monday I received a text from Luke saying he had a bad signal where he was at & best to text him instead, email, texts no reply

PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.

Hi we are a family run business. We have been for 30+years. We do 10/10 Gardening and Landscape jobs. All of our customers are always satisfied and always happy to have us back to do more.
Not trustworthy. Told me he was running a limited company, then when I asked for details, told me the company number is his telephone number! Told me he would supply an invoice for payment, but didn't. Instead just sent a text with his bank details. When I queried about the invoice he said , it will come after payment. No surprise, invoice didn't turn up. And when I called/texted/emailed he just ignored me. I don't trust all of the work was done, but i wasn't able to supervise as I'm not nearby.
