Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Amazing service, one of the best!

The lights went out in the kitchen. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms. Left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely contact Micheal for any future work.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done! (I had previously been told by a kitchen fitter that it would take 2 men 4 days). I will 100% be using Kes again Thank you
