We agreed the job would take half a day over the phone (I knew what I needed in broad terms but did not have correct networking experience to pad it out, buy a box, patch board, fit it etc). Aaron ordered the parts, and an additional switch I asked him to, and then came and did an excellent job moving things around and putting them in the box, connecting a server, routing the utp cables, in trunking, ... I got exactly what I needed with no fuss. Very pleased.

Job: repair to damaged electrical cable and re-routing in period property. The job was carried out thoroughly and very neatly. Darren is very personable and professional. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
