I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

I needed the pointing removed and new pointing added to a very old internal brick wall in my flat. The team arrived early, and were extremely professional. Paid Paul £1,190 for materials for our vinyl floor job back in September. I had to move the first appointment due to my work commitments, but then he cancelled the next two at the last minute and stopped communicating, ignoring our repeated efforts to try to fix a further appointment. Agreed to refund us within a few days in early December but didn't. No communication now for a month. No refund. Would be interested to hear from others with similar experiences how they got him to respond.
