Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. First class, was contracted to fix a barn roof, has ended up with entire new build contract, due to good advice and service. Honest and keeps me in the right direction as I am on my own doing a new build, employees very good and great at adapting ideas to create what you want with tight budgets. Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off). The price he quoted was the price we paid. Overall we are very happy with what he did and how he did it.

Very good service provided by JOR. Not the cheapest, but pleased with the workmanship and they provide a variety of services. Can also be difficult to book them in for jobs as they are very busy, but if you have the time available to wait then I would recommend them.
