Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

Had new windows and doors supplied and fitted by Midlands RCS. Happy with the service received, would use again in the future and confidently recommend to friends and family.
Nick responded straightaway and came to do the job a few hours later. He was quick, tidy and the cost was at the lower end of what he had quoted. I'd definitely use him again.

I would most definitely recommend this very professional tradesman. Not only is he excellent at what he does he also is a very nice person to deal with. The price for the job was very reasonable. He has a positive, can do attitude and nothing is too much trouble.
