Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I've been working in installing, designing and selling bathrooms for 8 years, whilst working with my father who has been tiling and bathroom fitting for over 40 years. Together we decided to launch this venture to project manage everything that goes into a new bathroom, whilst working with a fitting company called Total Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. Our aim is to manage the project from inception, through consultation with design, then onto purchase and scheduling of works. We'll also liaise with the retailers and installation teams until completion, whilst also being available for any after service matters that may arise.

Owen has been landscaping our back garden, levelling off a large area of garden, building stone walls and steps and a new patio area and garden path. We would strongly recommend him.
