Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Very helpful & professional. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. Ryan Cohen, DO NOT USE this plumber as he is untrustworthy & uncommuniative, I paid him a substantial deposit and no work has been done to fit Central Heating. I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response. We had a boiler and central heating system installed, as well as the removal of an old system plus gas heaters. Very pleased with the work and quality of parts. The price seems very reasonable to me and there were no unexpected costs. Andy sometimes takes a while to respond but he’s obviously busy and his communication is very clear and everything was explained well.
