mick had a lot to change with this kitchen in fact I don't know how he managed but he did and did a brilliant job the price was fair and mick was reliable and courteous am got him in mind for some other jobs

Martin and John were very professional , carried out a fantastic job on a tricky kitchen to install which looks amazing now . thanks guys They were always on time and we would not hesitate to call them back to do any more jobs . The quote was very reasonable and they provided any extras needed to complete the job. Very happy with the finished product .

I would highly recommend Thermoheat. We needed an emergency repair on our boiler and Mark was very quick to respond to our request on Rated People. We received fantastic service and felt the repair was very good value for money. We would definitely use Thermoheat again in the future!... Thanks again Mark!

It was a 'tricky' job, and Martin never gave up, he did everything to fix the cistern, and he did so for a 'fixed price'. Great stuff, would always recommend him (alaspects) to anyone.

Could not fault Ian at all... amazing work, sorted out getting all the waste removed, cleaned up everyday before left... ( was a full bathroom rip out and and replaced with walk in shower) would recommend without a shadow of a doubt.... finish is 2nd to none ..

We’d like to say thank you to Lukasz for the brilliant job he has done in our hall, stairs and landing. Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

Brian did a very professional job. Very intricate tiling jobs due to the extent of the cutting required for confined spaces. Worked 3 full days but was prepared to see the job through and not rush with time or quality. Demonstrated a real pride for his work and the result was superb. Very accomplished at his trade. Brian deserved (and so we offered) more than his original quote but he was very honourable with not making extra demands or complaining about the extra time taken during the job. Paul & Sarah

Alex was quick to arrange a visit and came back with a reasonable quote shortly after. The work was done on time and with little mess. It was to a high standard and was very good value. We will definitely be using this company again.
