Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Ion worked hard and quickly to paint our whole flat over a day and a half. He provided all the materials and was thorough and cleared up well when he left. His quote for the job was fair.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
I recently had my bathroom refurbished, and the results exceeded my expectations. Gheorghe transformed the outdated space into a modern sanctuary. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, a testament to his professionalism and efficiency.
