Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Just awful. Made a complete mess of the bathroom. Not one tile is flush. Pieces missing from shower. Thinks that silicone is better than using a screw. Never reads a manual. So much more that I cannot put in here. Left driveway stained with tile cement. Said they would come back to fix and never did. Avoid at all costs.
