I recently hired a plumber Hughie ,from HYC plumbing to handle a leaking pipe. They were prompt professional and highly skilled. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was the stand out quality and attention to detail. There was clear communication and fair pricing. Hugie was very polite I appreciated his cleanliness, punctuality and transparency of explaining the costs! I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
