Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Great job tiling my fireplace and some of the floor in front adding much needed character to our living room. They were very professional and the finish looks great. They were punctual, friendly and clearly communicated what they would do and why before going ahead. First tradesman to be conscious about making a mess. They laid down dust sheets, swept and mopped the floor on their way out. 10 out of 10. Will rehire again when needed.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
