Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. If I could give 10 stars I would! Cristian, Nico & team worked tirelessly over the period of New Year to rip out my old leaking shower room and refit. When I explained that I wanted to sell my flat during conversation, Cristian called in more help to get my flat decorated & ready for sale. The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.

Sebastien and his colleague came and definitely delivered! They cleared my garden from all the weed, overgrown grass and thornbushes so well I forgot how big my garden was. I could see how meticulous and careful they were with their work and also cleaned up after themselves before they left the premises. 5 stars all around!
