A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Stephen was very efficient, he did a very good job and cleaned our bathroom when he had finished. My wife and I are very pleased with the result.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
