Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least

Used Richard for 3 different jobs now has been brilliant. Planning to get him in again for a major job.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

Ciprian contacted me and came round to my house to see and confirm the job. We agreed a price and he did the job superbly. He was efficient and courteous. The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly. He also did other DIY work while he was there such as painting, carpentry etc. Would definitely use again!

S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again
