Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I am extremely happy with the work Carl carried out over the two days. It was only supposed to take a couple of hours but Carl found additional issues. Although it meant being without the use of the toilet over the weekend, Carl was back on Tuesday morning to finish the job. I would definately recommend Ian and Annette for their tradesmanship, reliability and efficiency. They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom , they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of. I absolutely love the result which looks great, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.
