Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Michael installed a new unvented hot water cylinder , he did a first class job, explained every step and the result is constant hot water at mains pressure which has certainly improved our showers. The job took slightly longer than originally planned however all work was completed for quoted price. Great job many thanks

Poor workmanship. I've had to get a lot of work redone that wasn't done or finished off properly. When I asked Josh to come and revisit what needed doing he was quite abusive after arguing over what was agreed or not and basically wasn't interested since he got paid. This guy will take your money and get bored of doing the job.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

I hired 369 Home Design to refurbish my bathroom, if I could give more star I would, Mick was very professional and always cleaned up after himself, I'm very fussy but that wasn't a problem as all the materials used were of good quality, my bathroom is now luxurious and practical, I would have no problem in recommending 369 Home Design (Barnsley) you won't be disappointed.
