1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. He ignored my text & left half the panel working buttons, unusable after he finished saying don’t use them, they do nothing any way. He quoted £85 but charged £102. I paid what he quotes me. In England, VAT is included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every quote I’ve paid before included VAT or clearly mentioned it. This isn’t the U.S., where tax is added afterward. For the sake of £17, you’ve lost a customer looking to buy a new boiler.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

The job: make good the kitchen tiling after a boiler replacement. Left of the boiler: tiles replaced. Right of the boiler: old chipped tiles were carefully removed, new tiles were cut to size and replaced. The electric socket was removed for a tidier finish. Additional work was agreed on the day to stick down loose wallcovering near the boiler and replaster. Despite the care taken one old tile cracked during the work and Harvinder has agreed to return to rectify this. Thank you.
