Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Although we did not hire this company for the internal building work we asked them to quote to put up decking and a fence in the garden. Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. We had never used him before finding him on this site and are over the moon with his workmaship .. chris

Quick to respond. Polite friendly and tidy whilst in the house. I woke the next morning to a wet carpet, full light bulb and stained ceiling. The communication was friendly both ways. Came back the following afternoon. He'd changed a tap and fitted new connectors but the olive was leaking as it was the old one???? Chased for payment b4 ceiling dry. Invoice date 12th due 11th???? £133 p hr shd have got a quote. My bad.
