Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Martin came to look at an intermittent leak under my kitchen sink & said it was the washing machine fitting that was loose. Days later, I checked the cupboard & it was still wet, I messaged Martin but did not receive a reply. I hired another plumber & was told that the problem was condensation from the brick wall, & nerded an air brick installing. This made sense as the wall is north-facing & the dampness doesn't happen all the time. I was charged £175 by Plumbernow.
