Fixed a radiator in my en-suite whilst decorating a bedroom, removed paintings and replaced perfectly in hall, stairs and landing, lounge was cleaned and tidied after decorating. Very misleading. I was told if a part was required I would not be charged for the time to go & get it. What I didn't anticipate was being asked to order the part online. I was told that I would incur another 1 hour charge to come back & fix it. The charge is £62.50 per half hour, minimum 1 hour. Having already paid the hourly charge I declined as total cost would have been £250 ex vat. plumber was at my house for 20 minutes, charged £125 ex vat, toilet not fixed. Rip off

Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.
