Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Russ came when he said he would, did an excellent job and charged reasonably for it. He was also flexible when we messed him about with dates and times.
I had a few problems which delayed the work I required, but Tom Buckley went out of his way to ensure that the job was completed.
