Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. He was fantastic, it was completed to a very high standard, when any problems came up with the materials provided he was quick to think around the problems and not let it halt the work, we will definitely use him again!

I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work

The job: make good the kitchen tiling after a boiler replacement. Left of the boiler: tiles replaced. Right of the boiler: old chipped tiles were carefully removed, new tiles were cut to size and replaced. The electric socket was removed for a tidier finish. Additional work was agreed on the day to stick down loose wallcovering near the boiler and replaster. Despite the care taken one old tile cracked during the work and Harvinder has agreed to return to rectify this. Thank you.

I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. What started as a very quick 1 day tile replacement, turned into a very unexpected full blown bathroom refurbishment, when it was revealed the bathroom was actually unsafe.
