Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Came over to quote in response to the ad and was able to start straightaway once the price had been agreed, which was a definite advantage. Very reliable in terms of time-keeping and keeping to his word, no cutting corners. Work was of a good standard at a reasonable price.
