Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I was told I needed a new pump, they had a new pump with them and it was fitted and every thing was up and running within around 1 hour. They cleaned up after them selfes I was very pleased with service and recommend them very highly.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
All plumbing tasks under taken. From dripping taps, out side tap installs, tanks overflowing, toilets not flushing. Fast reliable service guaranteed. 7days a week

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

I had to hire another person to redo the sink area which cosmetically is quite messy. I requested refund from Claudio to cover this. Claudio called me and started arguing blaming me for providing rubbish materials. if it was rubbish why did he agree to use them in the first place? He also claims that this was not included in the price, which is a surprise to me. Seems to argue with anyone who does not like his job. Read the negative reviews from others. Very unpleasant experience.

We had a full kitchen rip out and replaced. Raf did all the works professionally and gave advice on improvements on our kitchen design. Raf was able to do extra works such as lighting and floor laying as well as plastering plumbing electrics and painting. Our kitchen was completed within time and on budget. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
