Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Having previously been let down by an unscrupulous builder who only gutted my house in 6 weeks; I could not move into my house as it was bereft of a kitchen or bathroom. Initially I asked Silvui to install a new bathroom which he did efficiently in timely fashion. He then installed a new kitchen. He was sensitive, punctual, reliable,hardworking, and professional. I am happy with his work and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

Very misleading. I was told if a part was required I would not be charged for the time to go & get it. What I didn't anticipate was being asked to order the part online. I was told that I would incur another 1 hour charge to come back & fix it. The charge is £62.50 per half hour, minimum 1 hour. Having already paid the hourly charge I declined as total cost would have been £250 ex vat. plumber was at my house for 20 minutes, charged £125 ex vat, toilet not fixed. Rip off

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
