Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Marian moved a boiler for me, fitted a gas hob, changed a couple of valves for the boiler and fitted a new radiator. He was efficient, polite. reliable and worked in a very tidy way. I definitely recommend him and would use him again.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

We’ve had constant small leaks that have got worse. We finally discovered the source, at great expense: bad installation - specifically mixing copper and plastic. It looked fantastic when it was completed but behind the glossy veneer, corners have been cut and it has been an expensive disappointment. I would warn against using this company. You might not discover immediately, but shoddy workmanship, like leaks, won’t stay hidden for long!

He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

Louis dealt with a major water leak at our rented property, the day after we advertised on RP. To be honest, we’ve had the same issue before and it’s never been properly resolved. Louis diagnosed the issue and rectified the problem by re-doing the pipework and cleaning it all the way through. He is also sorting a stopcock which has seized up. He provided us with videos to show what he had done. Very happy with the work he did and for sorting this issue so quickly.
