Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. Carl's plumbing service was outstanding. He's incredibly knowledgeable, explaining complex issues clearly. He installed a water softener and tap flawlessly, even optimizing under-sink space. Kind, courteous, and mindful of noise with a baby around, he fixed a faulty tap repeatedly without extra charge. His prices were very reasonable, and he even corrected a water tank installation error (pipe replacement & soldering) at no cost. Highly recommended for his expertise and exceptional service.
