Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Very pleasant guy, responded quickly and worked really fast. Explained what he had done and why. No mess or messing about. Likely to get more work from us in future.
We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

We had a family bathroom and ensuite re-fitted, and the team massively contributed ideas as to what we could do, but also carried out the work sympathetic to the fact we were still living here and needed a bathroom, even though that made the job longer. I had to replace a conventional boiler with a combi and assumed it would be a big job, how wrong was I. Two days after quoting for the job everything was completed in one day. Patrick did an amazing job and went out of his way to explain everything clearly. On completion the place was left spotless and I couldn’t be happier with my shiny new boiler!
