The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. However, Ross was willing to investigate and repair a pipe before installing our water tank that others were unwilling to do. I had few people coming to check the tiling job and he was the only one who came and explained in details what needs to be done, what things to avoid and suggestions of how to make things better.
