Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We had a boiler and central heating system installed, as well as the removal of an old system plus gas heaters. Very pleased with the work and quality of parts. The price seems very reasonable to me and there were no unexpected costs. Andy sometimes takes a while to respond but he’s obviously busy and his communication is very clear and everything was explained well.
we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

sorry 17-30 you sad 12 so over 5 hrs late no phone call saying sorry i'm late using other cladding which is wrong funny it was used on other side so he managed .... you seamed to want to do things your way so as to get more money and then never turned up..... that you will say my fault last quote on your job £65 like you never turned up goodbye

Very poor work, my radiator makes so much noise and has gotten worse since installed and when I messaged Elf to rectify initially, he completely ignored me. My brother who also used him had to reconnect his again to due to the extremely poor workmanship

Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....
