Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

I am very satisfied with the work. Michael responded promptly and worked hard to accommodate timing changes in the appointment times when I had an issue. He charged a very reasonable price. He sorted a leak in the shower hose and gave me good advice about general maintenance. His colleague replaced the sealant behind my kitchen sink and did an excellent job taking time and trouble to complete the job properly. They both cleared up well after the jobs were completed. I would be very happy to use them again.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
