Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I am a self employed Edinburgh plumber with 32 years of time served experience. I have been driving my own business for 26 years prior to which I was employed within the family business where I served my time as an apprentice and went on to manage a team of 5-8 engineers for 13 years.
