Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. A slight communication slip combined with an unwell worker meant my original appointment couldn't be kept, but the guys appeared as rearranged. Bolier check was fine, thank my lucky stars, then leak traced quickly back to a faulty radiator valve. Part sourced and replaced and system recommissioned. Just in time for the inevitable cold snap. Would certainly recommend for their professional skills and straightforward explanation of what they were doing. For gas engineers i felt the price was competitive
