Gurpreet was very conscientious. He worked hard for several weeks while our property was being extended. The quality of his work was excellent and he delivered in line with the original quote. Materials were slightly more expensive than originally quoted but we did extend the breadth of the job and ask for several more coats so I think this added to the extra cost. Awful. Left my new radiator leaking and did not repair.
We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
