Outstanding! Ayden is an expert in almost everything’! Fixed a radiator in my en-suite whilst decorating a bedroom, removed paintings and replaced perfectly in hall, stairs and landing, lounge was cleaned and tidied after decorating. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

I had to hire another person to redo the sink area which cosmetically is quite messy. I requested refund from Claudio to cover this. Claudio called me and started arguing blaming me for providing rubbish materials. if it was rubbish why did he agree to use them in the first place? He also claims that this was not included in the price, which is a surprise to me. Seems to argue with anyone who does not like his job. Read the negative reviews from others. Very unpleasant experience.
