Bolier check was fine, thank my lucky stars, then leak traced quickly back to a faulty radiator valve. Part sourced and replaced and system recommissioned. Just in time for the inevitable cold snap. Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation.
