We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AG plumbing. Whilst the price was reasonable, I was let down many times from their subcontractor (Steve). Many cancelled work days. A hot water cylinder left at my house for weeks. Job took weeks to complete (should be 1-2 days max). Personal items "taken" from my house (owner compensated me slightly). Rusty chisel left in my son's bed. Even used my bath towels to use as floor covers! Stained my carpets. Subby was eventually replaced. Poor

Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.

The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t
