Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Janis was late for his initial appointment but did contact me in plenty of time and advised a new ETA. He looked at the issue and advised me of the plan to rectify and the cost. He was flexible working around my availability. He completed the job but I noticed that there was an issue so I contacted him and he came back quickly to rectify and then checked the following day to ensure all the problems had been solved. I am completely satisfied with his work and will definitely use again.

Arrived promptly and were friendly. Kindly did not charge us for call out as no further work could be done.
Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

Nicholas managed to fix an issue that I was beginning to think wouldn't be possible as I have had 2 plumbers previously look into it. He was reliable, well spoken and charged fairly for the work he carried out. I would definitely recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a good, knowledgeable, dependable and friendly plumber.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!
