We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Turned up early and completed a comprehensive service of my boiler. Helped answer some general questions I had with the immersion heater and pump which was extremely useful for future knowledge. Was happy to explain each each step of the boiler service and was very tidy, friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Also I have wide experience on tiling, painting and decorating, wood framing (fake boxes), flooring . It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
