Filip did the most amazing job installing our decorative mouldings in our new baby’s nursery. He works unbelievably hard and to a very high standard which is so refreshing. The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Marius arrived on time and sorted out the problem we had with our close coupled cistern in less than an hour. He also (within the reasonable price quoted for the job) sorted out the problem my daughter was having with the cistern in her flat. He is a real gentleman, very knowledgeable about plumbing matters and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
