However, Ross was willing to investigate and repair a pipe before installing our water tank that others were unwilling to do. Came out to quote for job, gave an estimate. Followed up with a quote via text but failed to mention that didn’t include joiner (despite being asked for how much the job would be). Charged more on the day as a result. Happy enough with the work done but should have been clearer about the price.

This job involved repairing a broken waste pipeline 6 feet below a manhole cover and carrying out a CCTV survey. Alastair fitted me in quickly and he completed the job very efficiently. He even offered to come round a few days later to check that all was well! The cost of the work was very competitive and I would definitely use Alastair again.
