Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. 1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Left my property after 10 minutes. Then demanded I pay £80 call out charge, in spite of having done absolutely nothing and arriving 90 mins late. STAY AWAY from Electro Flame.

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

The job: make good the kitchen tiling after a boiler replacement. Left of the boiler: tiles replaced. Right of the boiler: old chipped tiles were carefully removed, new tiles were cut to size and replaced. The electric socket was removed for a tidier finish. Additional work was agreed on the day to stick down loose wallcovering near the boiler and replaster. Despite the care taken one old tile cracked during the work and Harvinder has agreed to return to rectify this. Thank you.
