Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I am a reliable, trust worthy, tidy sole tradesman, happy to quote and carry out any job, I was previously employed by British Gas before taking the opportunity to become self employed as I find working for myself a better long term career choice.
Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.
Building & Maintenance
Cleaning is of the very highest quality. Very efficient - uses all her own equipment and materials. Absolutely superb!
I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

5 Stars for Sorin He was exceptional doing our flooring. He was reasonably priced and his attention to details is impressive. Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. He was always on time and cleanliness outstanding -cleaning up all grime and dust and also taking rubbish away. He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly.
