Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
